Wow can’t believe it is Wednesday! Was really busy trying to find a place for my daughter because she got accepted to a Master Program in January but sad because she will be 5 hours away and my other daughter is 3 hours away and I have the eldest at home though . I am feeling lonely already and I usually turn to food and I over eat even if it is Keto. I will eat nuts,dark chocolate,cheese, keto waffles etc… but I am committed to the water fast and completing the 14 days. Although it is very hard. I just want to fill my emotions with food.
Day 11 super challenging
Look at it as an opportunity to replace food with something else to fill that emotional need. Maybe a pedicure, buy something nice for yourself or perform an act of kindness. Just a suggestion.

Avoid all thought and mention of any food. Busy your mind with literally anything. Thinking and taking about various foods can trigger or sabotage your focus. Keep your focus. Remember how you felt on day 1 and why you started. Stay hungry! Happy fasting. Focus.
