I am 15 hours and 45 mins into my fast, I almost caved in with ordering domino’s but i quickly resisted the temptation of it. I went into the uber eats app and put my food in cart then exited the site. Telling myself no i don’t need it and stop doing this to myself. I need to stick with this. It’s going to be good for me to do this for me. Hope to reverse type two diabetes. that is my focus, my old habits are just to eat whatever which i know is no good for me, but i felt i didn’t have much help with looking after my health.
I can and I will do this. Failing is not an option. I got it this time.

I’ve heard the first 7 days are the toughest, but after that your ketones kick in and you lose that intense need to eat, keep going, you can do it and you’ll then have the satisfaction of knowing you can.

SO Proud of you, Brianna!!! I decided to RE-Start my commitment after reading about you!!! I Needed motivation. So, Tomorrow is my Day 1, really Day 5, but I have REPosted my Journal in My Fitness Pal to motivate me to Overcome Temptation, Pain, Laziness, etc. and Accomplish 130 lbs, no matter how long it takes. I am planning on May something for 130. I Will Accomplish it … Again!!! And Maintain!!
When we fall off of a , it is best (if uninjured) to get right back on! I have failed so many times, set goals, fallen off of my diet, yet I always go again—and you can too! Keep going.
