I am a 23 year old university student residing BC, Canada. I am currently 92kg at 5’9. I would like to do a water fast that is minimum 14 days in duration to a maximum of 28. I will evaluate on my 14th day if I want to continue on.
I have plenty of reasons to do this fast , it will greatly benefit just about every facet of my life. I always feel lethargic especially towards the afternoon and evening. I seem to have brain fog at times.
I feel if I can get all this extra weight off of me it will greatly enhance my mental capabilities and academic success. I will reset my unhealthy eating patterns. I will detox mentally and release some of the emotional things i have been repressing. And i will have a transformed stronger lighter healthy body.
I am desperate for a change in my life and to step things up. But right now its like i am in 2nd gear and i know i am capable of a lot more. So here is to day 1 of my journey, I will try to report daily.
I will be taking electrolytes…Pink Himalayan salt, potassium and magnesium.
