74 kgs to 83kgs. Backward journey has been pathetic

Did u get me wrong. I have put on 10 kgs!. Yesterday I checked and I was 83 kgs. Checked in morning today. Was 82 kgs. I know the water variation.
If I fail again, I will suffer from pains as usual. No one can help me unless I take a call. I have to be strong and consistent. I will.

Fast, analysis - you gained weight so something went wrong as it’s impossible to gain 10kg doing a pure water fast, tweek - you need to change something or you will get the same result, and then repeat is do another fast.
Hmm. I dint do a water fast. I dint do fast properly. I failed multiple times. Fasted, binged. Fasted and binged.
Even 2 days back I started but may be because of being out of practice. I cudnt do a long fast.
Finally today I picked myself up and now I’m into 21 hours water fast.
I am doing this water fast to
- lose weight I gained.
- lose more weight to reach to my ideal weight
- get rid of severe coccyx pain I’m suffering from past 4 months
- get rid of corns I have developed on my both feet which are very very painful
- wear clothes which I always only dreamt to wear sometime in life
- be healthy and have a better life.
- get rid of achilles tendon pain which I developed few months back.
I will add anything if I remember.
At 35 hours… I’m wondering what my body is doing? Some apps say ketosis but I don’t think so.
