hi my name is nakia … i dont know where to start except that i am really overweight im 220 ponds and 5ft one . i grew up in a house where eating was the principal pleasure … although i knew i had the tendancy to gain weight really easely i always been careful and notice all my calories witch helped me throught the year never go past 160pounds … but those last 3years were the hardest emotionnally of my life and naturally ive associated getting confort with eating … i gained in 2 years over 60 pounds making me feel that i was so far from my goal that it didnt matter i was to deep in it and too fat to ever come back to my 150 pounds . even tho i was sad i tried ton convince myself that i couldnt do anything about it…thats just how things were and while that was happening i was going trou life with an obvious lack of self esteem . but i decides that this is the end and i decided that i wanted to fight that food addiction … i dont wanna be control by food anymore i want to be myself again and i hope that this daily journal will helps me go throu it … ialready know that this is going to be one of hardest thing but im determine … i started yesterday nit to fast my fist goal is a 3 day fast … witch is not s lot but i guess its a start ! thanks for reading me hope you guys fast are going well

Hey, three days is substantial, especially if you are new to fasting. Read everything you can. If you haven’t read “The Obesity Code”, it’s life-changing!! And it’s a lot of great science written simply. It’s not dry or boring like a lot of science-based books. It’s what gave me the courage to start fasting. You’re awesome! Keep checking in and stay hydrated!
