Today I have started my 21 day WF. Starting weight 175lbs, height 5’8”, goal weight 140lbs. I will be consuming water, black/green tea’s, ACV and fresh squeezed lemon in my drinks. I have Himalayan salt, caffeine supplement, Garcinia Cambogia and a women’s multivitamin. I know I can do this and I will. A little nervous but mostly determined.

Good luck! Take it easy during the 1st 3-to-4 days as the transition from carbohydrate-burning to fat-burning is tough.
So I have made it 24hrs. It was pretty easy. But now I’m hungry because of readily available food is right here! I keep telling myself food isn’t going anywhere! My willpower is really being tested.
Hang in there. The 1st 3 days are the toughest. Once your body depletes all its carbohydrate (glycogen) stores from your liver and muscles then you’ll go into fat-burning. When the body realizes its getting fed the hunger pangs will fade.
So I ended up breaking my fast. I went out with family and just was pressured into eating. I wasn’t hungry tbh. But now I know to avoid those situations to not break my fast again. Immediately after I started my fast again. 10hrs and counting! I got it this time. 20day water fast to be completed soon!
LOL I know about “pressure”. At my church potluck today, a congregation member threw a bunch of Halloween candy in front of me. I just grinned, laughed at her and then gave it all to someone sitting next to me. BTW, I completed Day 6 of my 40-day water fast.

So I am almost to 48hours. I feel fine. I felt light headed and my stomach was growling so hard it hurt but I am doing well other than that. It is that time of the month for me so that might be why I am having some head aches. No hunger tbh. Ready for the next couple days! They say the first 4 are the most difficult but so far I’m good!
Way to go,stay focused and you’ll be fine😀
