Day 1- 7day fast

I practice Dr.Fung’s guide to fasting. I’m currently consuming water, tea, and black coffee.
I may add bone broth if I get hungry.

Today I woke up and thanked God for another day. I asked him to help me get through my daily fast. I had some black coffee in the morning and did 90 mins of cardio (elliptical) at home in the afternoon. In addition, to that I had some lemon and Alkaline water with electrolytes along with some Yogi blueberry slim green tea with ACV.

I tried to make a video of my fasting journey, but it was a struggle. I have 3 little ones ages 8, 2 and 1. They keep me busy :blush:

I can and I will.
I deserve to be happy.
I deserve to be healthy.

Watch your energy levels. Fasting, by its nature, is stressful to the body. With 3 little ones you don’t want to over stress the body with overly strenuous workouts.

The most strenuous exercise I’ve done, until recently after I did a 30 day flexibility and endurance workout program to strengthen my body, was walk 1 to 2 miles daily.

You are right! If I feel tired I will skip a workout but I’ve been working out while fasting for about a year now. I also trained for a half marathon I did back in November 2019.
