Why - It has been too long since I have felt good. It would be so awesome to just feel how good fit feels instead of feeling overweight, slow and old. If I don’t lose weight now I will be going on more medications in downward spiral. I want to be able get and greet the day without fog from overeating the day before.
Current stats:
- 5’8’’ish
- 204.5 - 31.1 BMI
What are your long term and short term goals?
- Short term - 158 - Normal BMI - by end of 2020
- Get off blood pressure medications
- Commitment to vegan eating
- New job.
- Long term - 145 lb - Ideal BMI - 22.5

- Emotional eating/depression

- Monthly water fast
- 8/16 IF
- 10,000 - 15,000 steps or bike to work - spring/summer (Canada)
- Stretching
- Body weight workout (5 minutes)
- 8 hrs sleep

- Frustrated - Sad. The way life turned out.
