Define your “WHY”

  1. I have always been a overweight guy eversince I have graduate from High School. I want to go back to where I was before.
  2. I want to get back in shape so I can get back together with my girlfriend. I really love her and she’s the one for me.
  3. I have some medication condition on high blood pressure and high cholesterol I want to reduce it under control
  • What are your long term and short term goals?
    Short term goal is to lose maybe 10kg for a start.
    Long term is to lose those weight of 46.1kg
  • What are some struggles you face or you have faced in the past
    I was always procasination telling myself that I can do it tomorrow or next week. However that day never come.
  • What is your game plan?
    I guess 7 days water fast --> refeed for 7-14 days on OMAD --> then 14 days water fast and onwards.
  • How do you feel right now?
    After done many many research on youtube and also on the internet I feel very pumped and being very positive myself.
  • How will you feel once you achieve your goal?
    I will feel awesome as I’m awesome!

DAY 1

Everything was a breeze althought there was some stomach growling and the body is reminding to eat I continue to push on.

I told some of my friends close about what I’m doing however they are ultimately concern and there was some negative push.

I saw compdude recommend on doing some walk so I have done a 2KM brisk walk

I told them is fine and I have done alot of research and I definitely can do it.

DAY 2

I struggling with some slight headache so upon recalling some of Yaseem video. I went to take some water with Himalayan pink salt that seems to have improve from there.

I continue to drink enough water for me to survive, there was some temptative from the family members asking me is okay to eat just a meal. I told them is fine I can do it.

As I was feeling a little fatigue or restless during the afternoon I went to took a nap. That cause me to unable to sleep at night. I’m planning to continue through out the day without a nap tomorrow to see how it goes.

DAY 3

Weight: 125.1kg (Reduce 1kg)

I have hit the 72 hours mark and I did a weigh in and I have lost 1kg when during the morning. Headache is still there but wasn’t as bad as before.

However I do feel tired at times but resist myself not to take a nap if not I couldn’t get in bed like last night.

I can do it, keep on fighting!

DAY 4

Weight: 124.1kg (Reduce 1kg)

Having some restless and weak today. Manage to take several naps as I was working from home this couple of weeks.

I also mention in another topic that I created as I have watery stool so and went to couple of toilet at times. Other than that all things is good.

Exercise: 2km brisk walk to clock my 30 mins exercise.

DAY 5

Weight 123kg (Reduce 1.1kg)

Last night sleep was great and I’m having lesser headache compared to the previous day. The watery stool has stop however I feel that my stomache has alot of gas thus causing me to burp/fart often which I guess is normal.

Other than that nothing major and I’ll be planning on how to break my fast so that I don’t get bounce back or my body have a shock. I have did some read up on Yaseem and Anna recommendation will be probably following those and post more details slowly.

Exercise: 3km brisk walk to clock 45 min of exercise
