Define your “WHY”
- I have always been a overweight guy eversince I have graduate from High School. I want to go back to where I was before.
- I want to get back in shape so I can get back together with my girlfriend. I really love her and she’s the one for me.
- I have some medication condition on high blood pressure and high cholesterol I want to reduce it under control
- What are your long term and short term goals?
Short term goal is to lose maybe 10kg for a start.
Long term is to lose those weight of 46.1kg - What are some struggles you face or you have faced in the past
I was always procasination telling myself that I can do it tomorrow or next week. However that day never come. - What is your game plan?
I guess 7 days water fast --> refeed for 7-14 days on OMAD --> then 14 days water fast and onwards. - How do you feel right now?
After done many many research on youtube and also on the internet I feel very pumped and being very positive myself. - How will you feel once you achieve your goal?
