Today was a good day !
May possibly be going through a break up (most likely moving out of my house end of the month )
But I went for a jog today … and I’m on hour 42 and I feel good !
I’ve done fasts before so I’m preparing myself for those tough , first days and just trying to jog everyday and stay focused !
I really love reading everyone’s else’s journey and happy that everyone in this group is starting on October 27 …
