Today was a good day !

May possibly be going through a break up (most likely moving out of my house end of the month )
But I went for a jog today … and I’m on hour 42 and I feel good !

I’ve done fasts before so I’m preparing myself for those tough , first days and just trying to jog everyday and stay focused !
I really love reading everyone’s else’s journey and happy that everyone in this group is starting on October 27 :slight_smile:

I’m very sorry to hear you think you may be going through a break up… those aren’t easy, particularly when you live with the other person. I am happy to hear you went for a jog. That’s great and will help you stay focused and positive. No matter what, try to remind yourself that you deserve to be happy, and you need to have the people and things in your life that truly make you feel happy. I know when I’d go through breakups I’d often tell myself it’s the other person that makes me happy and that I just wanted them in my life, but ultimately I was scared of change. Good luck to you, and I hope you are able to use this time to keep you focused on loving yourself and making yourself happy!
