Hi! This will be my third extended fast. I have lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks by doing 72 and 96-hour fasts. Here I am starting another 96 hour fast!

SW: 134 CW: 120 GW: 115

Non-Scale goals include: enjoying a slice of cake at someone’s birthday party; living a sustainable lifestyle where I can travel and do fun things without worrying about when I’ll exercise or what I can eat, and most importantly, resolving my SIBO.

Welcome to the forum . Good luck with your goals.

Watch your energy levels. If they don’t pick up after by the 5th day, you may need to consider a long refeed to allow your body to sufficiently recover from so much fasting in a short period of time. Just a suggestion.
