Background: At a day start of 158.2 lbs I soon felt weak and broke a fast at 8.5 days. I returned immediately to fasting trying to totally ignore my “acting out”. (I acknowledge I’m an addict).
In test 2 of “The New Normal” series I saw that 2 days of fasting do not erase a half-day of binge refeeding, especially if it’s junk food that’s breaking a deep fast!
Expectations: I will fast until I reach the pre-binge weight of 158.2 and will measure the time it takes. I’m at 159.4 currently, so hopefully not a long experiment.
