Today is day 1 of a water fast that I hope will last for 30 days. If that goes well that I may think of continuing. Right now I am:
225lbs and 68 inches
Fat fat fat fat fat
26 years old
Longest I have fasted for is 72 hours.
I really don’t want to live my whole life fat and unattractive.
The plan is: lots of water, one multivitamin each day starting day 3 and onwards, 2-3 mile daily walk to maintain muscle, magnesium/sodium/potassium supplements starting day 3 and onwards, and hopefully enough sleep
