Hi everybody! Today is Day 1 for me. I’ve only done one 24 hr fast and that was last wednesday (I figure after I lose this 160 lbs fat suit I’ll keep fasting doing WATER WEDNESDAYS!)
Anywho I found out about water fasting literally last week and ave been binge watching info on it. I’m recording daily vlogs but since my friends and family follow it as well and would be worried about me “dying.” I’ll probably upload them at the end of all of this XD. Right now I am hungry because it have been doing IF and my eating window would close at 8 so I’d typically do dinner at 7.
I’ll probably do some carbonated water later idk yet. Oh I also did a moderate workout today 30 min elliptical and then full body weights (working out is not my problem area its food, I think i actually have B.E.D but I’m trying to break the cycle). I figure while my muscles still have glucose I might as well enjoy a workout before taking it easy.
I don’ have class tomorrow (Pharmschool) so I will probably study and play video games to keep from eating something.

Awesome job! Is it hard to workout while fasting? I wanted to try it but I was afraid I might sabotage myself or something. How do you feel afterwards? Keep up the great work.

I felt fine. I think it’s because it’s only say 1 and I ate a ton of carbs before starting (Pho and Pizza). So I feel like my body has a lot more glucose. I’ll probably workout again today but after that it’ll be light walks and yoga for me
Yep. Wait until the end of the fast and you are eating protein again as they are the building blocks for muscle growth and repair.
