My first attempt on water fasting.
My main goals are:
- fight acne and acne scarring
- weight loss
- improve my relationship with food
- improve my blood tests
- cut out sugar addiction
- be more focused for my end-if-semester projects for my MSc degree

Current weight: 71kg /156lbs
My goal is to weight 55 kilos, so final total goal: 16kg/ 35 pounds
