Hello everyone! I’m starting my fast today on 10/28. This will be a water fast with coffee and tea.
Current stats as of this morning: 5’3" 150.0lbs. I’m turning 30 this November 16, so I really want to get a kick start into being in the best shape of my life. My lowest weight was 117lbs and my highest is about 159lbs. I’ve prepped for this fast by doing OMAD along with alternate day fasting.
I’m feeling hopeful and excited about this fast. Really thankful for this forum as it’s hard doing this alone!
Whenever I’m committed and start to see small results, I feel more incentive to keep going and I’m hoping that with everyone’s help, I’ll continue to keep committed!
A colleague baked cookies for everyone today and I politely declined. Yay!
My short term goal is to get to 135lbs, then 125lbs, and back to around 118lbs and to work on building muscle from there.
