Latest experience:
At the end of July, I was fasting 1:1 (ADF). In 10 days, I threw off 2 kg (i.e. in total it turned out 5 days without food). From 85 kg to 83 kg, I was very upset that I lost a little weight, because I have a lot of excess weight. And I abandoned everything…
Although I must admit on the days of eating, I ate a lot of junk food - it’s my own fault. Learning from my mistakes.
Now I am starting anew, I will go towards my goal slowly but surely.
Height: 158.5 cm (5’2.4)
Weight: 85.3 kg (187 lb)
Long term goal:
Lose weight up to 60-50 kg (132-110 lbs)
Plan:
Since I can’t do long fasting, I decided to resort to cascade fasting.
I plan on cascading fasting for ideally 1, 3 and 7 days.
But let’s see how I feel.
(Cascade - a special type of fasting, different from the rest by a cyclic course, during which days of hunger alternate with food, and the periods of fasting may be different, depending on how much the body can withstand without threat to health.)
