Alright alright alright!
Let’s get this fasting food party started! Well, Bretta here! So, guys I really want to change my life. I know fasting works … and gets great results. I used it to lose 50 pounds 4 years ago. And now, I need to use again. So many reasons. But the biggest? VANITY. And health too. So let’s take health first. BMI is too big. Weight is too much too. Blood pressure a little too high. Blood sugar.Way too high. That’s the health part.
Now for the vanity…I want to look and feel good. For myself and to other people.Really for this honey who I’m wanting to get closer too. I want to knock his socks off. So that’s where I am at.
So my start time is now. At the time of this post. My plan hope and desire is for a 10 day water fast. That should garner some results which will inspire me to keep going. Now I’m m guessing I will see this superstar guy probably In March or later because of Covid. Which truly gives me plenty of time to make some changes.
Soooooo let’s get it.
I am just starting with this. And grateful for this community!!! I want to lose this weight sooooooooooooooo badly.
