Iโ€™m on a clean diet and crushing it at the gym with intense cardio and strength training. I train myself for atleast 180 minutes per day.

Now stepping it up with 16:8 or 14:10 pattern โ€” keeping my eating window tight and focusedโ€‹:hourglass_flowing_sand::green_salad:. yo lose some extra pounds

Here, Iโ€™ll be sharing my daily meals โ€” the good, the clean, and yepโ€ฆ even the cheat ones. :muscle::plate_with_cutlery:

Goals:

  • Insanity Max 30
    (every day before the little ones wake up)
  • Calorie tracking with a slight fasting window
    (Iโ€™m exclusively breastfeeding so canโ€™t water fast yet)
  • Big goal for summer: losing 30-40 lbs minimum before โ€œback to schoolโ€ activities around mid September!

Deadlift 50kg/70kg/80kg ร— 15 reps
