Wow! That is awesome! How is it going so far?

BTW, I love goats. I had a goat party for my birthday last year, and thinking I’m going to do the same for my birthday this year! The teenagers thought I was joking when I said I wanted a goat party… ha! They were soooo wrong.

Glad it is going well so far and you are still holding strong. The initial day 1 of my fast I went the whole day then convinced myself at the end of the day that I wanted to wait and start Nov 1 and gave in to breaking my fast. At first, I was completely “happy” with my decision, but after a few hours I felt disappointed, let down by my actions, frustrated, and feeling so so sad. After that I told myself it didn’t matter, I was going to restart.

NOW, What I have decided for my fast, is that I am doing 21 days no matter what. If I fall off the wagon for any reason, I am going to dust myself off, get right back on the wagon, and finish my journey strong. I may finish my 21 days. I may be a little bumped, bruised, or scraped up at the end, but I am crossing the finish line no matter what! If you are doing a longer fast, I hope you will adopt a similar mantra and do this with me!

You are strong, you are capable. You are not alone, and you have a whole community and myself here to support you! You can do this!

I didn’t make it today I ended up eating food, but it good to know I am not and I will not let this take me down. Let’s check-in with each other beginning of the day before we end the day our weight differences to reassure each through these difficult times

Hey Goats! Keep your goal! Don’t let falling off the wagon take you off your journey! Last night was truly so so difficult for me, but somehow I found a way through it (mostly by avoiding the level of our house that has any and all food, telling the teens and my fiancé that I am just grouchy and don’t take it personal, and honestly avoiding everyone). Today I am feeling a bit better, but god it’s Halloween and all I can think of is sugar… I love love love love love sugar soo much. We are having neighbors over, and I’m making a hot wine and spiked cider on top of needing to put out snack foods… It’s going to be a challenge, for sure. The only saving grace I have, is that I bought a DELISH apple cider tea (no sugar or other sweeteners added to it) that I’m going to be making today and refrigerating and having in my wine glass so that I feel like I’m a part of everything and getting the apple cider flavor.

Get right back on your wagon, and in my advice, CONTINUE your journey, DON’T start over… you are already on your route to the finish line… the finish line didn’t move because you fell out of the wagon!

You have this! We can do it!!

That is so motivational, I am so glad I am doing this with you. You have given me the strength to see this through. I will keep going until I hit my goal of 140lbs. You can do it too. Thank you for picking me back up.have a wonderful day.
