  1. I am starting this water fast to lose weight and improve my overall general health
  2. My long term goal is to complete the fast for 7days and do it once a month going forward. My short term goal is do the fast for 5days in this challenge.
    3.I tried all diets before and they have failed however managed to do some IF. Cravings are my strongest downfall
    4.I want to do water fasting and thereafter incorporate OMAD
  3. I am Anxious as never done a water fast for this long before.
    6.I will be proud of my self when I complete this.
  4. I am strong and capable of achieving my dream body with no excuses.
    I will not give in to my cravings as am stronger than that.

When I began my journey I knew I had to address my issue of carb/sugar addiction. Growing up with 2 working parents I was raised on the SAD (Standard American Diet). I did 14 days on the Potato Diet. Boiled potatoes (no condiments) and water only. I chose it because you eat as much as you want. No hunger and no counting calories. At the end I lost most of my food addictions (still have to watch myself around potato chips LOL) and I now like vegetables and other healthy foods I used to detest.

Day 1 completed . was quite easy as was too busy at work. Didn’t get any cravings. Awaiting on how tomorrow goes
