Started as a 6-7 day water fast now I’m just going until I reach my goal of 145lbs by September 16th
I decided to do this with a close friend/accountability buddy and I think journaling everyday will help me get through it. I am 10½ months post partum. I have been fasting off and on since April and have lost 35lbs.
I have 20lbs left to lose before September 16th
I want to be below my pre pregnancy weight by my sons first birthday
