Started as a 6-7 day water fast now I’m just going until I reach my goal of 145lbs by September 16th

I decided to do this with a close friend/accountability buddy and I think journaling everyday will help me get through it. I am 10½ months post partum. I have been fasting off and on since April and have lost 35lbs.

I have 20lbs left to lose before September 16th
I want to be below my pre pregnancy weight by my sons first birthday

I would love to hear any advice, tips, tricks or experiences :blue_heart:

Yesterday sucked pretty bad. My stomach hurts this morning but I think it is just my menstal cycle
I am wearing a waist trainer so that helps suppress the hunger

165.6lb this morning

I’m starting with you, I’m 160.7 lbs well 72.8 kgs and thinking to do 7 days fast or more if it work out but I’m all in day 1 for me, it’s a good motivation tbf

I have done 21 day fast before when stopped breastfeeding and I lost 10 kgs. The first 3 days are the hardest but it will get easier as soon as you are getting in enough water.

Yesterday was ok, I was aching most of the day. I think I will get my period soon. Today has started off pretty good

I started my period today so I’m pretty Siked about that :grin:
Stomach was hurting soooo bad at 3am but the thought of food made me sick.

Feeling great now that I’ve finally made it past 72 hours for the first time ever😃

I broke my fast yesterday, it was needed.
Started back up till Saturday or Sunday.

Morning weight: 163.6lbs

Broke fast after 30 hours. I’m not giving up ob my goal of making it to saturday or sunday. I hope the scale didn’t go up too much when I check in the morning. Even if it did, I love my body regardless🥰

I feel good today
Not too happy about my weight but it makes me want fasting more and eat a lot less

Jumped rope yesterday
Trying the youtube jump rope challenge for fun to get thru some of the boredom

Literally peeing like I did at 9 month’s pregnant
Never drank so much water in my life haha

My husband took the weekend off so we went out to eat Saturday and Sunday. Twice each day.
