I thought after 14 days, I would be done and my relationship with food would be all healed…lol
Boy was I wrong! I started off refeeding pretty good but today it was a bit annoying on how I decided to stress eat a bag of potato chips and a whole bar of chocolate. I really did not enjoy the food or get an satisfaction from it AND i notice myself still feeling guilty & shameful which is a major issue for me. So, now im going to do a little reset for 48hrs and try again.
