Back to fasting after 14days

I thought after 14 days, I would be done and my relationship with food would be all healed…lol
Boy was I wrong! I started off refeeding pretty good but today it was a bit annoying on how I decided to stress eat a bag of potato chips and a whole bar of chocolate. I really did not enjoy the food or get an satisfaction from it AND i notice myself still feeling guilty & shameful which is a major issue for me. So, now im going to do a little reset for 48hrs and try again.

Still a work in progress…

When i began my journey I decided to address my carb/sugar addiction first. So I did the 14-day Potato Diet first. Boiled potatoes and water only. By the end I dropped most of my food addictions (Like you still have to watch myself around a bag of potato chips LOL) and changed my taste palate. Just a suggestion.

I don’t really knoW about eating just potatoes but I’ve been doing OMAD a day for most of this week and its been helping a lot more with emotional eating and losing control. thank goodness I can’t tolerate gluten so most of my cravings go uneaten.
