Hi guys! I am so glad I joined this group!
I have been doing intermittent fasting since March this year and switched to OMAD in June! It was a life changing for me
However, I was studying abroad where I was really focused on this, but ofc I had to come back to my country and I fell off the wagon, unfortunately. It happens right! Now I am really motivated to get back on track and I really want to start with 7 days water fasting, but I decided it was better for me to start with OMAD again… so I have been doing OMAD for 5 days
I really want to lose the weight I gained back!
