I caved in today after 15 hours of fasting, i am getting tired of giving up after only a few hours of fasting. i get disappointed with myself too… i was talking with my brother he said do it 24 hours at a time, which is a good idea. So tonight at midnight ill be attempting 24 hours, see how i go with that. I just don’t know why i am finding it so hard to do i mean i don’t get hungry or full haven’t in 8 yrs, but i do get cravings really badly you think id find it easy not getting hungry or full. I am not going to give up no matter how many times i cave in, its a goal i want to do to lose weight and reverse my type 2 diabetes. I might not have docs approval but hopefully i can still do this regardless. I hope my A1C will improve over time too. It will be really shocking right now i won’t lie. I am having bloods done on Monday i bet the doc won’t be happy with my results. I have been doing OMAD most of the time as i don’t see no point eating much when i eat but when i do eat i eat rubbish i don’t know how to eat but want to improve that over time. after my fast i want to eat raw vegan. I am going to attempt 100 days as its my goal but do it in baby steps maybe then i won’t cave in.
