Wahoo! I did a 14 day fast last July but really want to make it to 30. What made you decide 42 days?
I heard that you take 21 days to change a habit so I wanted to double this number lol

Btw, how much fasting experience do you have? FYI: I completed a 40-day Nov 30th last year.
Oh lots of experience. Fasted for 10, 15 days, and tons of small fasts. I know what to expect, I am ready!
