I am participating in this months challenge 
Currently I am at 16hr, I will be checking in here daily for accountability.
I am fasting to overcome my food/sugar addiction, to regain my health, to lose weight, to activate autophagy, and to be able to go hiking with my kids this summer.
At the beginning of my waterfasting journey a few months ago I was 257lbs, my current weight is 222lbs and my end goal is 135lbs. I do not have a weight loss goal for this fast and will only be doing a weigh in once per week anything more causes to much stress for me.
My goals for today are
- to make through the day without giving into food cravings
- to read at least 4 chapters of my book
- to do some meditation and stretching before bed

like seriously bad, and my kids made garlic bread which is a favorite of mine that I had to smell for like and hour but I made it through.
