Aps's June 2020 journal

I lost my way for a while. A very longgggg while. Don’t want to make excuses or give explanations. I seem to have negated most of my success from last year. But, no worries. I’m back!

Restarting this journey is going to be difficult and challenging. But, I hope to stick to it. I’ll be doing a series of rolling fasts. Plan to start off with a 7 day fast and after that do a series of smaller extended fasts. Lets see how this goes. Starting off the journal, so I stay on track. :slight_smile:

Phase 1: June 11 - 17
Had my last meal yesterday night.
Starting weight : 228.6 lbs

Finally got past the one day itch. During this quarantine there have been numerous times when I started and then stopped and had dinner. So, I thought I would start OMAD. Then OMAD would turn to 18:6 and then it was just down the spiral. Have had soooo many false starts. Feels good to finally pass the 24 hr mark ( 30+ now).

I had ketoish meals for a few days before the fast. I guess it was more lazy keto and I didn’t really track macros. But, I feel this helped. Didn’t have any discomfort on the first day. Had a few cravings. My personal life is stressing me out and I think that is making me crave chocolates and other junk food. Thankfully, was able to resist. And feel much better today.

Day 2:
Weight: 226.6 lbs
Weightloss ( including water weight): 2lbs

Let’s keep this up!
