I lost my way for a while. A very longgggg while. Don’t want to make excuses or give explanations. I seem to have negated most of my success from last year. But, no worries. I’m back!
Restarting this journey is going to be difficult and challenging. But, I hope to stick to it. I’ll be doing a series of rolling fasts. Plan to start off with a 7 day fast and after that do a series of smaller extended fasts. Lets see how this goes. Starting off the journal, so I stay on track.
