Hi!!!
Back from my vacation and back to normal routine, I plan to start my 2020 weight loss journey. I have been completely off Keto for past 60 days. I have definitely gained back some weight. But, I don’t think all is fat weight. Anyway, time to get back on the horse. The biggest challenge has been with starting the journey. I have been trying to get started on keto and fasting since last week. But, I keep postponing by a day and it’s been over a week now. So, thought I should just start writing my journal. Hoping that motivates me to stick to my plan.
Plan:
Jan 22 - 24 - Keto and try Omad
Jan 26th - Jan 31st - 2-3 day fasting
Ok…lets do this!
