Not so swollen! 
April 2020: BMI 33.2, on nearly a dozen medications for various allergy / inflammatory illnesses.
July 3 2020: BMI 30.2, down to just two medications, and both of those have been significantly reduced. No longer puffy and wheezing, no more itchy swollen red eyes, and my dry skin issues resolved. I’ve also lost over 20 pounds, and 2 jeans sizes.
Is this how ageing in reverse works?
