Ana B's first 5 days WF

Well, I have been IF/OMAD for a around 6 months now, so I decided to go and challenge myself doing a 5 days WF. I started yesterday at around 5PM. This is my second day now. I must say that I am having seconds thoughts about it, but I am holding on. I am not sure if I will be able to make it thru my second day (longest I have fasted is 48hrs…), but I really want to try myself out and see what am I capable of. It’s true that I must lose weight, but this time it has nothing to do with it… I am challenging my mind. I want to show prove to myself that I can do whatever I am determined to do.

Yes. Your body has gotten used to the IF/OMAD pattern. I went through that myself the first time I fasted beyond 24 hours as my body protested by saying, “Hey, isn’t it time to be fed?” LOL

Yeah, it’s one heck of a damn struggle here… But, I am repeating the mantra - “I control you… You don’t control me!”. Now I am feeling powerful!
