Intro
Hello everyone! My name is Amelia and I want to do this water fast because I’m not getting any younger and I am sick of being trapped in my fat suit.
History
I guess I carry weight reasonably well because no one believes me when I tell them my weight.
Since high school my weight has fluctuated between 120 lbs (size 2) and 230 lbs (size 16). I have battled disordered eating most of my life.
I am 45 years old and 5’ 4.5” tall. I don’t actually know my current weight because I am away from home for six weeks and don’t have my scale. I started IF in late September and I know what my weight was then. I also have some before pics.
Struggles
I go through phases of working out, tracking macros, keto, etc. but it usually gets maniacal for me and I have to stop for my mental health. I’m hoping fasting is not like that because I can eat what I want within reason during my feeding window.
Goal
My first goal is to get under 200 lbs and I will then re-evaluate but ultimately I am thinking 160 ish.
Plan
I started my water fast on Sunday October 27, 2019 but late that night.
My goal is to make it five days until Friday night but I might go until Saturday morning if I still feel okay. I am in some very intense training for a new job right now so if I start feeling faint or having any issues concentrating I give myself permission to break my fast early.
**How I feel **
I am motivated and very competitive so I like setting and achieving goals. I have already noticed changes in my size and shape.
How will I feel once I achieve my goal
Damn proud and more confident (although I am probably too confident on the outside now but this will help my insides match my bravado).
