Am doing 30 days Water fasting/I had to stop ๐Ÿ›‘ Quarantine eating

I had to stop because I started eating from working at home and cooking for my kiddos. Yes am 90% plant base but I was over doing it and want back up 13 pounds but now am down to 149 from the 168. 7 1/2 months ago I was at the 305 canโ€™t let C19 take me back to heal problems and unhealthy habits. This is my very first time doing a more than 10 days Water only. I actually been feeling good. This is day 16 of 30 I started April 8 and the plan is to go until May 8th. From May 8 will Green Smoothies for probably 10-15 days than back to eating vegan only Monday to Friday Saturday Sunday my African food because I love :two_hearts: my delicious traditional African meals. We all got this doesnโ€™t matter what kind of fasting youโ€™re doing we have to keep the healthy habits going even in lockdown

It actually want great am back on track now but doing my every 36-40 hours since I do typically workout 6 days a week. On my eat days I run :running_woman:2-10 miles depending how am feeling
