I am looking forward to fasting starting april, I am gonna try 60 days, then extend to 100 if i can reach 60 days. I am going to be taking vitamins ( Garlic, Multivitamin , And Metamucil fiber casuals ( helps to stay regular) as i am worried about not being able to open my bowels so i rather take something for it. I am going to allow myself green tea and peppermint tea too. I will be chewing gum as i can’t take to water first thing in the morning it taste funny to me ( weird i know) but it’s true and gum helps. I got to get my sugar’s down to a safe level there really high at the moment cos i don’t know how to eat so i eat anything and everything. I want to reverse my diabetes. No doctor will monitor me or support me in this so doing it without their support. Going against the grain so to speak. But i believe this will help me in the long run by doing it. My birthday is on the 8th too btw, so that will be a hard day as everyone likes to spoil me with food and taking me out to eat. I will be turning 41. I will do progress pics as well. I ordered myself a sit up bench i am going to be doing some light exercises and try to walk 30 mins a day even if it’s on my treadmill. Most i can walk at the moment is 3:19 ks which is 1.98 miles. I want to be able to walk 16 kms 9.94 miles. I am currently 74.9 kilos which is 165 (lbs). I want to get to 55 kilos ( 121 lbs) or a size 12 i am currently a size 18-20 After the fast i want to try a vegan or at least vegetarian diet. I always seem to stop and start with that too as i do with the fast. Anyway they are my april goals and i hope i can stick to them this time, i prefer starting at the start of a new month, nice n fresh. thanks for looking/reading my post.
