Hello; a little details about me.
I am 23 years old; 197 pounds. I would love to get down to 130 pounds. & than tone up to 160 pounds.
I have done some 5 days fasts & 3 days fasts & 4 days dry fasts!
My plan is to fast for 7 days & work everyday. Hopefully, I can lose 20 pounds the first week.

September 27,2019 - November 3,2019 = 20 pounds
Goal Weight : 177 pounds
November 3, 2019- November 10, 2019 =:10 pounds
Goal Weight: 167 pounds
November 10,2019 - November 17, 2019 = 10 pounds
Goal Weight : 157 pounds
November 17,2019- November 27, 2019 = 10 pounds
Goal Weight 147 pounds.
I will break for Thanksgiving. I will do OMAD this week. I should be around 155 pounds
DEC.1, 2019 - DEC. 8 , 2019 = 10 pounds
GOAL Weight : 145 pounds
DEC. 8, 2019 - DEC.15, 2019 = 10 pounds
GOAL Weight : 135 pounds
DEC. 15, 2019- DEC. 22, 2019= 10 pounds
GOAL Weight: 125 pounds.
By than I should be at my goals weight & I can start to tone up ! I will keep fasting & dry fasting.
I will do some dry fasting in between these times to get me to my goals weight. Once Thanksgiving is here I should be 150 pounds. I will start right back on the fasting journey again to get to my gain weight of 130 by Christmas!
I no longer have Facebook; I would like to talk to someone who has the same goals as me & we can keep each pushing to keep going !
The hardest part is having so much down town. Not just going to bed when I get pains to eat ! I will be strong to get my goals weight by Christmas.

Hey Alexis!

Congrats on starting your journey! We are on similar paths. I am currently 5’2 (no, not going to grow, but I can always hope) and 155lbs. I want to get back down to my comfortable weight at 105 ish, (again, I’m only 5’2) but I’m happy wherever I level out at honestly. For the last 7 years or so I have struggled with significant depression that caused me to gain 30 lbs, then the last year and a half I had some significant autoimmune issues come up that caused me to gain another 30+ lbs over the last year.

Last time I went on a fast I did 4 days, then convinced myself to change my fasting goals. I dropped 11 lbs during my 4 days and went down to 152 which was great… I managed to stay at 155 even though I ate like crap over the last 3 weeks, so that is good and tells me that the fasting will help me keep my weight down, particularly as it helps heal my autoimmune issues.

Right now, I am planning on doing a 21 day fast through November 17th. Ideally, if I can get down 20-30 lbs that stay off by then, that would be AMAZING… I am getting married in Mexico in February and I’m waiting till last minute to order my dress, because I will get my weight down. I am going to go try on dresses at the end of November.

I also plan to start my fasting back at the beginning of December for another 14-21 day fast after this one… so it looks like our fasts are aligned. Either way, you have a whole community here to support you, myself included.

Aww thanku u doing so well! I’m 5’8 weighing 190lbs my goal is 140 I’m finding fasting hard bcoz every time I’m on a fast I start vomiting but starting again tmrw not got to give in so easy
