After three, consecutive 21 day Water fasts...Now what?

Greetings, I was M.I.A. for some days now. I was kinda bored, writing the same old stuff. And I did end my fast on Sunday evening instead of Monday morning, so not quite 40 days, more like 12 hours too early, but BFD…I was soooooo cold, and my inner Brat had woken up and was driving me insane. So, since Sunday evening, I have now gone onto a 14 day broth refeeding schedule. And after 14 days, which will end on 25th of November, I will switch to 48 hour fasts until I reach my goal weight. The last I got on the scale, on the 37th day, I weighed 69.7 kg./153 lbs. My goal is to weigh between 59-63 kg. I use to weigh 130 lbs./59 kg. and I feel that is about right for me, especially as I am 167 cm. tall/65.7 inches. (I thought I was 166 cm. but my daughter recently measured me, and I am actually 167 cm. tall. So, that is my plan. 48 hour fasts are really no big deal. Lastly, don’t do my mistake, that actually made me sick from Monday until Weds…I made bone broth from beef bones, and let it sit out overnight, as it was still hot. That was Monday night. I just had veggie broth on Sunday night, with no added minerals. That was boring broth. So Monday, I used organic beef bones, and had some Monday evening, and it was rather fatty. I do not heat my house except with a wood stove, which was not on, on Monday. The broth was hot, so I left it out Monday night, and Tuesday, had 2 cups. By Tuesday Evening I felt rather sick, and also had “The Runs” all Tuesday. Weds. whcih was yesterday, I also noticed, in the morning that the broth was tangy tasting and threw it out. I think I gave myself food poisoning. Nice, right? Now, I am sticking to Veggie broth, and will keep it in the frig. So, please do not make my mistake. I am drinking at least 2-4 cups of broth, and this time, just because it is boring, I added some low-sodium tamari sauce to it, and 1-3 tsp. of brewers yeast. That helps it. And when making it, I use 2-3 shitake mushrooms, Kombu seaweed, and fresh garlic. That is what I will be doing for the next two weeks, and because I do not want my inner brat to get the upper hand, and sabotage me, I am NOT getting on the friggin scale until 2 weeks. So, my inner brat can just sit in the corner and shut the eff up. Those last few fasting days were miserable, and I was not sleeping at all. So, there you have it. I will move to the next phase, in two weeks, and that is when I will send my photos to @Yasemin PS, and with my measurements, and then I will continue, with rolling 48 hour fasts, until I reach my goal. Then I will move onto OMAD. Maybe around Christmas? As a 62 year old, I think OMAD is perfect for me. So, unless something dramatic happens, I won’t post here again for the next 14 days. So, Happy Fasting, everyone!

LOL, I’ve been MIA as well but back in check for the next few weeks.

I for the first time bought marmite to put in the gravy - OMG - I’ll definitely be incorporating that into some more things in the future. I used it in some turkey and dumplings last night.

I just ordered a food saver to make portioning and preserving longer a bit easier. It’s near impossible to cook small meals and just too time consuming for my efforts - so just need to portion things out and freeze more. I’ve evolved from the ziplock bags as stuff stays longer in the freezer and needs to be better protected.
