ADF 2 weeks to jumpstart

I had originally committed in my mind to do KETO OMAD and have already lapsed. No excuses just need to regroup and do adf to ease back into it. I have had tremendous success and can do it again. When I very first did an ADF nearly 12 years ago it was eat “normally” one day then 500 calories the next so my schedule will be that for 14 days. When i can do less on the “down” days, I absolutely will until its a true ADF. I have my fasting stickies ready for a standard waterfast in case i get fat adapted sooner and can jump in to that as well. Seems like whenever i drop into a fast too quickly, i fall short.

Well done, Alison, and man, I can relate to “failing” at what fasting goals I set for myself, this last year. I, too, am regrouping. I look forward to your posts!
