9 weeks of fasting: challenge to myself

Start of day 1:
I am all pumped up, energized and exited for this journey. I know it will not b the easy one but that is the beauty of unknow. We are worried of upcoming days of fasting yet happy to have that control over food addiction. Keeping all the plus and minuses in mind i am moving ffwd.

Plans: if everything goes according to plan i will be doing 6 days of fasting and one day of refeed. For week one this is the plan so far.

Come onnn Momna. I have done it before and i will do it again with full energy…

Day 1: its 4:25pm i will b done with my day one in 3n half hour. My mind is putting tricks on my. First there was a little talk in my mind about eating every 3 day. Then again my brain was lik ok may b one meal a day is ok?? But when i try ti shut the conversation it said ok ok may a small tea with a little milk . I have told my mind very clearly that we have plan and we are going for it so no switching… Now my mind is in peace. I do have very mild headaches but its kind of normal. They might get stronger and i am ready to take it. Its part of the proccess.

Day 2: I started my day with a bad headache. Right now i am almost 5 hours in ti this fast. Its 12:46am and i start my second day at 8pm. Just finish 100 pages of Dr jason fung book about fasting. Very informative. I will b strong tomorrow. Oh yes one thing. My friend invited me for lunch on sunday so i told her i am on a water fast but will come and will sit and talk and our kids can play and don’t insist me on eating food. She understand that thankfully. So all is well so far.

Day 2: 15 hours in with the 2 day fast. Today i woke up with no headaches or anything. I was happy and fresh. I do feel growling in my stomach but its part of first phase and it us easy to control. Everthing os going alright. Today i will b reading more about fasting.
