Yet again i am starting another fast hopefully this time i got this i can do it. I dont really like drinking water but i want to get to a size 12 or 55 kilos i only need to lose 13 kilos. I am currently aboyt 79 kilos. I am going to the gym 4 days a week to do body building and ill walk and do some crunches. If my sugars get to low i will allow myself some green tea.
I am going to try one more time i am no quitter though lol. Here are some before aand i will post progress pictures of myself once a week.
