72h Water Only fasting

Started on 10/21/2020 2:30 pm, I live in Seattle, I’m trying to do 3-day water-only fasting, I did 17 days back in July, I plan on to do 16-day fasting in next 2 month. Feel free to join me, These 3 days, I know hunger pangs are not easy especially when days get chiller and a little bit cold.

By far 21h, and I did workout(strength training + HIIT) last evening, and I got into ketosis close to 4 which is moderate (tested through ketone stripe), and this morning, the same close to 4. So far so good, I don’t have too much hunger pangs by far. Drinking a lot of water is today’s goal.

The chill makes it not easy, dont know if only me have this problem.

I only did it for 24.5 hours, hunger pangs, and hard to concentrate on my work, well, I need to figure a way out to do 16 days fasting soon, I still feel happy. Need more tools and tips to do that long fasting during chill and somehow cold weather.
