Hi, Starting my 72 hour water fast this evening after I’ve caught up with a friend for a bite to eat.

Height 5’6"
Weight 16stone 13lbs
Diabetic, High Cholestrol, High Blood Pressure etc…
I would like to extend to 7 days but lets see how I get on…
