72 year old who NEEDS to 3-5 day water fast!

Are there ANY Other foods,etc that do a Similar job as MCT OIL in supressing our appetite?..
*I’m 72,live in the UK & Am severely mentally impaired with CFS/ME/FMA/Insulin Resistance/Mitochondrial Dysfunction since 1987!!..
