7 Day Water Fast/7 Day Mindful Eating (Cycle for Diet Reconstruction)

I just want to see if I can! I’ll break my fast the morning of January 3rd. :slight_smile:

I think my weight loss and diet reconstruction journey will be easy enough if I do 1 week of fasting, followed by 1 week of mindful eating. Rinse and repeat.

Fasting is easy enough… just water. Supplement with electrolytes when needed.

Mindful eating is the harder part. Figuring out what fuels me without just mindlessly eating whatever I crave. I want to incorporate healthier foods, but not go crazy about it. I guess I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it!

I’m excited to see how this works out! My current thinking is that a “heavy keto” or “Binge fast-food” refeed of just 3 hours long requires 2 days (for keto) or 3 days (fast food) to fast back to normal.
