7 day fast

Hi. I have previosly attempted short term fasts (48hrs to 5 days). I am 5 kgs away from my goal but the last few kgs are the hardest to lose.
I hope to lose at least 3 kgs from this.
I am writing here to keep myself accountable. I never have any hunger pangs. But i suffer from major sleep issues. and in an attempt to sleep, these food thoughts enter my mind, and i end up caving. But this time i wont.
Second and third night is the hardest.
I am volunteering at this place, which will hopefully keep me busy and distracted. hopefully by the time i come home ill be exhausted enough to fall asleep.
So far I am 2 hrs into my fast. So right now I am, obiviolsly, feeling perfectly fine :slight_smile:
Also i might extend this fast depends on how i am feeling. I have heard forst week is the hardest. so please help me get past it.

Yes, the first 3 to 5 days are the hardest. This is the transition period from using glucose as your primary energy source to fats. Stay strong!

I will update often and regulation during the 3 days.i want to kept accountable.i am doing this for self discipline reasons as well.
