7 day Challenge

This evening I started my 7 day challenge. In June of 2019 m, I managed to do my first 7 day fast. I lost 18 pounds. Since then, I’ve been in the 180s. Last year, I lost 56 pounds in 5 months with intermittent fast and keto along with cardio. This year I would like to get to my goal weight of 160. My SW 240 CW 182. I gained a few pounds over the holidays, but managed to get back to where I was before the holidays doing OMAD and Keto. I plan on making daily videos of my 7 day fast to keep me motivated. I will add the videos to my YouTube channel.

Thanks! I’m trying, but it’s not easy. I refuse to give up though because I worked so hard to get where I am now. I refuse to be depressed again.
