Starting a 7 day fast tomorrow. I’ve been eating really bad and I feel disgusting and bloated and mentally fatigued. I want to reset my system and detox my body. I’ve only done juice fasts before. This will be my first water fast.

Why? Because it is about time that I achieve my goals of perfect, ever-increasing health. I am willing to be healthy, strong, abundant, and happy.

How much water are you supposed to drink each day? Is there a specific amount?

Keep sipping and stay hydrated, that’s the key! I never personally drink a specific amount! @Mflickner

Yes, black coffee, water and tea is ok and so is unsweetened sparkling water!!
