7 Day 1000's Challenge

1000 Situps
1000 Push-Ups
1000 squats

Simple Rules:
This challenge runs for 7 days which equals to 143 of each exercise per day!
You do not have to do 143 a day but to keep an even spread it helps. You can do it over the whole 24 hour period with as many breaks as you like. As long as you reach the goal of 1000 of each exercise within the 7 days you complete the challenge and Gold dumbell for you!!

We will be doing weight and measurements morning of day 1 and day 8.

DAY 1 Start 102.8 kg (226.6 pounds)

145 Sit ups/crunches (these were hard)
145 Push ups (some full some not)
150 Squats (my favourite, if there has to be one)

On par today and definitely feeling it.
Tomorrow will push to do more of each than the required 143 a day!
Feel the burn!! Push Push Push!!

Oh, plus OMAD day and a lot of water.

DAY 2 - 101.2kg (223.1 pounds)

110 Sit ups
110 Push ups
110 Squats

Had a few hours out meeting up with mum for Mother’s Day today so was a little light on the amount done today. Can’t afford to fall too far behind so will push tomorrow to do well over the average per day.
In pain, pain is good, pain is your friend! Definitely feeling it all over. It’s been a long time since I have done some good exercise.
So pumped I have gone this far. It will be a good start for what is to come for the next 2 months starting next Monday!

OMAD today tons of water.
Loss - 1.6kg (3.5 pounds)
