Simple Rules:
This challenge runs for 7 days which equals to 143 of each exercise per day!
You do not have to do 143 a day but to keep an even spread it helps. You can do it over the whole 24 hour period with as many breaks as you like. As long as you reach the goal of 1000 of each exercise within the 7 days you complete the challenge and Gold dumbell for you!!
We will be doing weight and measurements morning of day 1 and day 8.
