I was tired a little bit through out the day… But Evening walk and post workout shower fixed it…
Not checked the scale yet…
I have arranged a mirror in my room… So that I can see myself smaller day by day , the scale disappoints me most of the time…
Day 10 started: 

I want to join! I have 2 kids. 1 4yr and 1 almost 8 months. I used to be so fit and fast. I struggle with extended fasts after this last baby. I need accountability. Made it almost 24 (probably 21) hours an then had some cheese! Will opt for one more meal today of meat and then shoot for 3 days again!

Hey everyone, I’m back after a long break. I did regain around 9–10 lbs because I slipped into some undisciplined eating habits—but I’m not dwelling on it. This is my reset. I’m choosing discipline again, choosing consistency again. Starting now, I’m getting back to my healthy lifestyle with alternate-day fasting and a stronger mindset than before. Let’s do this.
