6 days water fasting starting 01/12
I am feeling pretty good so far. Plenty of water today and resting. I am planning on an evening walk to help me get to sleep. My coach also told me that every time hunger hits go for a walk or drink water. I am scared of not getting enough sleep. My sleep quality always goes down on water fasts.
I am feeling really good. Woke up today clear headed and very calm. Was able to have a good night sleep. I made it through a reformer Pilates class as well. Now all is left to drink plenty of water and rest.
Almost halfway. Today was the most challenging.
I did take another Pilates class this morning and it makes me hungrier. I will take off tomorrow and rest. Water helps greatly always keeP one nearby.
Today went great…maybe not as much water I liked but not as hungry as yesterday. Two more days to go. Tomorrow will be though I signed up for reformer and teaching in the evening but planning taking the weekend off so it should be smooth sailing
