Starting 40 day fast again, can’t seem to get past a few hours, any tips for keeping on track? Day 1/40. Might try it for 5-7 days then extend. If i get to 7 days then will extend it to 40 then to 100. That’s my goal of getting to 100 days.

The first three days are often tough. Day 1 is Temptation for Anything. I would tell myself “NO” and it would work. Just keep in mind Why you are doing this. Also, reading books on fasting helps. There’s a ton of them.
Also, I have taken a capsule of Garcinia Cambogia when sorely tempted or nauseous from not eating.
